Also, try to check your Competition structure (group and teams) on the Competition edit page. Is it correct?

I tried to start a new league and download matches, and it wrote to me the same way.

Try to deactivate all your plugins besides Football Leagues (and Football Leagues Premium). If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
