Yes, but only manually after importing API Data.

will all information updated automatically or i should do that manually ?

You should set up import configuration for every competition. And for multistage competitions (like Champions League), you should update data after every stage.

After that, you are able to schedule automatic data import: for finished games and so on.

No. You should have good hosting to make the plugin work smoothly. Scheduled import, and especially LIVE import, requires a lot of resources.
