Not a bug

I don't have such a problem with the default Classic Editor in Firefox.

Maybe the problem is caused by the plugin you use for the extended functionality.

The default Classic editor looks like this in the screenshot below.

You have two ways to fix it.

1) Disable the extra plugin for Classic Editor.

2) Create a shortcode with Shortcode Builder and then paste it into the editor.
