Knockout stages with both single and 2-leg ties

Example, Australian A-League has a regular season, then semi-finals with 2 legs and a Grand Final with a single leg.

I'd like to have those last 2 in the same stage, but single/double legs can be applied to the whole stage, not the round. So I end up adding separate stages for the rounds, and thus the bracket layout does not work :( Or am I missing something?
