1. I have a new website, is there any option to upload at once all the 'active' sessions? OR just all the historical data as well? At once, no maually work?

No.

If you want to import all available data, you should have a very powerful dedicated server to handle all this data.

2. Once I upload a league session, what will happen next year? I have to RE upload it again or it will just continue and will update everything automatically?

It depends on the competition structure. If you create all the game and schedule tasks to update finished games (or have LIVE activated), they will update automatically.

3. Once I choose leage manually (without the wizard) should I manually 'update' all the things from the updaer, meaning this:
