Can Elinde Turkish Language Files Be Received and Shared? We can make the settings more clearly.

You can add translation in WordPress repo - https://wordpress.org/plugins/football-leagues-by-anwppro/

I want to translate the English language to Turkish, but when downloading the language files, the file opens as encoded. I will add the Turkish language file to the language files. Is there a place where I can download the language files?

a) The plugin has a special tool to translate all frontend strings. See screenshot

b) If you want to share you translation with others, publish it at WordPress org (see my previous answer).

c) Plugin has .pot file in languages folder. Web search how to use it to make language file. There are many ways to do it.
