Dear Andrei, how is it going in this front? Can we now import and create all existed leagues in the api-football system automatically, or with a lot less manual work? Appreciate your work.

New plugin version 0.13.0 will have:

- migrate from "api-football.com" API V2 to V3

- new user interface (UI)

- simplified  Manual Import Configuration creator

Great! I am looking forward to the auto wizard to come. Would be great if you could simplify linking any other api imported stuff (outside of your plugin) on the website to the matches imported by your plugin BY api-football.com fixture id.

Thanks for this, finally this is up and running! :) ... But, I see this only for the top 4-5 leagues, not even available for very famous leagues like Belgium Jupiler Pro and Bundesliga 2 and so on... When will this be available for "all" leagues in api-football system? Thanks.

I'll wait some time for feedback. If everything will be fine, I'll continue to add leagues such as Belgium Jupiler Pro and Bundesliga 2. 

Leagues will be added automatically without plugin updates.

I don't plan to add support for all leagues at this moment. API has a lot of minor leagues with low popularity. 

But I want to add an automatic wizard for 50-70% of all available leagues.

I have a question, API import works only with football leagues or other sports and leagues will work too?

It has been done for the top European leagues.

Periodically, I am adding support to the new leagues and working on implementing the complex tournament structures import.

I used the automated setup for the World Cup and it worked brilliantly for the group stages.

However, I notice that there are no fixtures setup for the knockout stages  - is there an automatic way to set these up ("Create Games" currently says there no games to create) or will I have to enter the details manually and link them to the API data?

hello, if you are using the api, the knockout fixtured can't be created until the group stages are finished. 

when all the group stages finish, the api show the matches.

Knock out for WC is available already for those Matches were the participants are clear

I have tried to run the auto wizard to create Euro 24, it imports all of the teams etc and sets up the group tables, but when it gets to Create Games I get an error:

Create Games - Season 2024: - TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

If I go to Edit import configuration and try to create games from there I get an Error 400, no games to create.
