Tournament status not working

Trying to list tournaments via the shortcode is not working properly. All tournaments are shown not matter the setting (upcoming, finished, active). I also dont see an option to set the tournaments status. In case it set via the date of the tournament: apparently doesnt work

I just realised that it does indeed "work":

"upcoming" shows all tournaments from the past as well as currently active ones.

"finished" shows all upcoming tournaments

"active" shows no tournaments

It works in some way, but is definitely broken
