Editor permissions block modifications on Elementor page (error 403)

Hi,

I have some issues with my editor account.

All my Elementor pages with your widget "classic grid" have the same error : my Administrator account can save changes on those pages, but with my Editor account, I have an error 403 forbidden, as if I don't have permissions.


How to fix it ?

Hi

I couldn't reproduce your problem.

Maybe you are using any 3d party user role plugins or add any limitations.

Hi,


So I tried as Editor :

  • to save a page which only contains your "Classic Grid" elementor widget : at first glance, it works perfectly 
  • but actually, I need to use your Classic Grid with a filter by TAG : so I noticed that filtering by category works, but not filtering by tag (but it works if I save as Administrator)

Can you check again ?

Do you mean "Filter by Tag" in "Query" panel?

It works in my tests for the editor user role.

Yes, I mean "Filter by Tag" in Query panel.

Okay... so I don't know why it doesn't work on my website... I installed it and used it as usual, I've never added any limitations..

I'll try to find another way then,
