Current season when landing on /competition/premier-league

How do I make it so that I land on the current season when I go to, for example, competition/premier-league? Right now, I land on the 2022/2023 season, even though I have both the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons available. I have been to the active season settings and set it to the current one, but it has not had any effect. Can you help?
