Wenn diese Funktion aktiviert ist, ist die mobile Ansicht sehr schön, aber der Desktop sieht schlecht aus. Können wir diese Einstellung nur für mobile Seiten aktivieren?

No. It is just a single.php file. You can find it in <plugin folder>/theme-support/twentysixteen/single.php

But you can override it if you are using a child theme.
